1992－1994北京农业大学资源与环境爱游戏马竞官方合作伙伴，农学博士后流动站土壤化学专业博士后，副教授。

主要工作经历：

1982－1987地矿部水文地质工程地质研究所，中国地质科爱游戏马竞官方合作伙伴南宫野外综合试验场副主任；

1992－1994北京农业大学资源与环境爱游戏马竞官方合作伙伴，农学博士后流动站土壤化学专业博士后，副教授；

1994－2005北京师范大学环境科学研究所（环境爱游戏马竞官方合作伙伴），历任环科所副所长、副教授、教授、博士生导师，水环境模拟国家重点实验室副主任，资源与环境爱游戏马竞官方合作伙伴党总支书记；

2005－至今，北京师范大学水科学研究院水生态与环境研究所所长，北京师范大学地下水科学与工程研究中心副主任，教授、博士生导师。
